ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2020 indeed gave cricket its probable future stars. Many mind-blowing performances by these young cricketers throughout the World cup impressed the commentators, fans, experts and senior players alike. The three weeks of the Under-19 World Cup came to an end on February 9, 2020, as Bangladesh and India fought hard and relentlessly in the intense, low-scoring, thrilling final. In the end, it was Akbar Ali-led Bangladesh who created history by winning their first-ever World Cup.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the official team of the tournament comprising players who made a big impact in the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2020. The official team of the tournament features players from six sides. Bangladesh captain Akbar Ali is named as the captain of the team.
The team selection is done by the panel comprising of commentators Ian Bishop, Rohan Gavaskar and Natalie Germanos, ESPN Cricinfo correspondent Sreshth Shah and ICC representative Mary Godbeer.

As you can see, there are three players from India (Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, Leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi, and Pacer Kartik Tyagi)
The three players from Bangladesh include their captain cool Akbar Ali, Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Shahadat Hossain.
There are two players from both Afghanistan(Shafiqullah Ghafari, Ibrahim Zadran) and West Indies (Nyeem Young, Jayden Seales), while one is from Sri Lanka (Ravindu Rasanth), and one is from Canada (Akil Kumar).
Yashasvi Jaiswal (India) showed his strong character and reliability as a cricketer by playing two fantastic knocks in the most important matches of the tournament: Semi-Final and Final.
His century against Pakistan in the semi-final and 88-run knock against Bangladesh in the final won every cricket lover’s heart. He scored 400 runs in 6 matches, hitting 4 half-tons and 1 ton and was awarded as the player of the tournament. The opener thus befittingly makes into the official team of the tournament announced by the ICC.
Ibrahim Zadran (Afghanistan) scored 240 runs in five innings at an interesting average of 60. His 73-run not-out inning in the playoff against hosts South Africa impressed the fans and experts.
Ravindu Rasantha (Sri Lanka) scored 286 runs from six innings and the entertaining knock of 102* runs from just 111 balls against Nigeria in the Plate quarterfinals was enough to make him No.3 batsman in the team of the official tournament.
Mahmudul Hasan Joy (Bangladesh) scored 184 runs at an average of 46 including the important century in the semi-final win against New Zealand, which paved the path for their historic World Cup win.
Shahadat Hossain (Bangladesh) stayed not three times in his six innings and thus scored his 131 runs at an average of wonderful 131.
Nyeem Young (West Indies) did his job well in helping West Indies finish fifth in the tournament. He became the first West Indian to take a five-for and make a half-century in a U19 match.
Akbar Ali (Bangladesh) captained with maturity from behind the stumps, showing deftness with the gloves to dismiss six batsmen throughout the tournament. His important shock-absorbing knock of 43* runs in the final against India made sure that Bangladesh win the World Cup in the end.
Shafiqullah Ghafari (Afghanistan) took sixteen wickets for the tournament and is the second-highest wicket-taker of the tournament.
But the devastating spinner will take home best-figures honors, with his six for 15 against South Africa the deadliest spell in tournament history for Afghanistan.
Ravi Bishnoi (India) bamboozled batsmen with his smart leg-spin bowling and took 17 wickets in six matches at a stunning average of just 10.64.
And even though his side could not make it two titles in a row, Bishnoi almost dragged them to victory over Bangladesh in the final with an impressive four for 30.
Kartik Tyagi (India) bowled some fearsome spells throughout the tournament. He took 11 wickets at an average of 13.90.
Jayden Seales (West Indies) took 10 wickets at an average of 18.30, with a spell of four for 19 against Australia as the West Indies won that match in the group stage.
Akil Kumar (Canada) was the shining light in Canada’s campaign, as they sealed a 13th-place finish. The pacer took 16 wickets at an average of 15.37, finishing with figures of six for 46 in the Plate playoff victory over Japan.
