Film Star Anuskha Sharma has broken her silence on various false news involving her related to Indian cricket. Sometimes she is unnecessarily dragged into these news items as she is the wife of the Team India’s star player and captain, Virat Kohli. However, most of these claims if not all of them are fabricated to create news and sensation by people on social media and sometimes mainstream media. Anushka Sharma finally breaks silence on the false news and claims.
Anushka Sharma Shares a Letter on Twitter
In a tweet on Thursday, Oct 31, 2019, she shared a letter sharing the truth behind all these fabricated news items. This tweet came after the Times of India piece of news that was making rounds where former Indian wicket-keeper Farokh Engineer claimed he saw Indian selectors getting tea for Anushka Sharma. He claimed this happen during a 2019 World Cup match.
This is not the first time someone had dragged Anushka Sharma’s name in cricket related matters. The Bollywood star decided to break her silence this time. The letter contains some solid facts and actual accounts. The letter no doubt silences many of the false accusations and false voices.

She gives details of each and every account where a piece of false news was created against her. She had earlier decided to ignore the noise and false voices hoping they will eventually stop but they never did.
Anushka Sharma said in the letter that she doesn’t say anything doesn’t mean she is weak.
“I have stayed quiet through all the times I was blamed for the performance of my then-boyfriend, now-husband Virat and continue to take the blame for the most baseless things involving Indian cricket. I kept quiet then,” Anuska Sharma mentioned in the letter.
And it is true, Anushka Sharma is dragged into the news items related to cricket every now and then. And it is sad to know that all these news and claims are based on false facts.
Her supporters and well-wishers appreciated her solid reply to all those false claims. She ended the letter saying, “I am not and will not be a pawn to be used by anyone’s thoughts or beliefs or agendas and next time you want to use my name to discredit someone or the board or even my husband, do it with facts and proof & leave me OUT of it.”
